Marshall Manoff is the Managing Partner at Blue Cove Capital, LLC. In 2008, he began his career at
Equitable Advisors. Marshall Works closely with his clients, adeptly aiding them in implementing and
maintaining effective planning strategies for wealth accumulation, preservation, and distribution. Over
the past decade Marshall has built and led one of the highest performing advisory groups in the
company.
In 2016, Marshall founded Blue Cove Capital, an independent boutique wealth management group. As
Managing Partner, Marshall’s dedication and expertise have been instrumental in shaping the firm’s
success and reputation for excellence in the field.
Marshall received degrees in both Finance and Management from The University of Delaware. He also
holds the Retirement Planning Specialist designation from the Wharton School of Business. Marshall
maintains the Series 7 and 66 FINRA securities registrations, and Life & Health Insurance Licenses. He
qualifies as a distinguished member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), an exclusive
global network comprising the top 5% of financial professionals worldwide. Marshall also actively
participates in Equitable's mentorship program, aimed at nurturing the growth of emerging advisors. In
2015, his mentee secured the top rank nationally within their class.

Residing in Port Washington, NY, Marshall shares his home with his wife, Jillian, their daughter, Hayley,
son Cooper, and Sheepadoodle, Rudy. A dedicated sports enthusiast, he enjoys cheering for his beloved
New York teams. During his free time, Marshall can be found on the basketball court or, in the summer
months, unwinding at the beach with his family. Beyond his professional pursuits, Marshall actively
