Marshall Manoff is the Managing Partner at Blue Cove Capital, LLC, an independent boutique wealth management firm he founded in 2016. Marshall began his career in 2008 at Equitable Advisors, where he quickly distinguished himself through his commitment to client success and strategic financial planning. He works closely with clients to implement and maintain effective strategies for wealth accumulation, preservation, and distribution.
Over the past decade, Marshall has built and led one of the highest-performing advisory groups within the company. His leadership and vision have been instrumental in shaping Blue Cove Capital’s reputation for excellence and personalized service.
Marshall holds dual degrees in Finance and Management from The University of Delaware and earned the Retirement Planning Specialist designation from the Wharton School of Business. He maintains FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations, along with Life & Health Insurance Licenses. He is a distinguished member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), an exclusive global network representing the top 5% of financial professionals worldwide.
In addition to his advisory work, Marshall is a dedicated mentor within Equitable’s mentorship program, helping to guide the next generation of financial professionals. In 2015, one of his mentees achieved the top national ranking in their class.

In his free time, Marshall can be found on the basketball court, relaxing at the beach with his family, or playing golf. He is also actively involved in fundraising efforts for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Operation: Heal Our Heroes, causes close to his heart.
